# Neuro Node

**Neuro Node is an open-source AI agent service node and the smallest technical unit of** [**Neuro Net**](/technology/neuro-net.md)**.** It provides worldwide, permissionless, and high-availability AI agent services for users and developers.

In technical overview, Neuro Node is:

* A Blockchain access node,
* An AI-NFT indexer,
* An AI Agent runtime powered by ElizaOS and TEE,
* A Knowledge base server,
* A CDN edge node.
